CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: RISING FLOOR BY FLOOR

Now that grading and excavation works have concluded, the Wyvern Private Hospital site has seen a burst of activity over March and April.

Slab pours are now complete for the lower ground, ground floor and Level 1 for Buildings 1 and 2.

Footings are in place for Building 3 and preparations are in place for its first slab pours.

The shell of the hydrotherapy pool is already complete.

Exterior windows have been craned in and are assembled ready for the façade cladding stage to begin over the next few months.
