Wyvern Private Hospital, Sydney’s new surgical and rehabilitation hospital located on the Northern Beaches of Sydney is looking for a passionate and experienced Perioperative Services Manager to join our team. As our Perioperative Services Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Operating Suite, Anaesthetic/Recovery Unit, Day Surgery Unit, and Central Sterilising Services Department. You'll lead by example, fostering a unique culture of care for staff as well as patients. At the same time you’ll be supported personally as well as professionally by not only our leadership team but everyone within the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic and operational planning
• Leadership and management of perioperative staff
• Clinical practice oversight and quality management
• Human resource management and workplace health and safety compliance

Requirements:

• Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse, Div 1 (AHPRA)

• 3-5 years’ experience in Perioperative Management

• Tertiary management qualification or working toward one

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
